Terms of Service

1. Service Scope

ConservatoryRoofCalculator.co.uk provides algorithmic cost estimations and technical specifications for UK conservatory roof replacements based on regional average trade rates, Approved Document L standards, and statutory building control requirements.

2. Quotation Estimates & Survey Requirement

All figures generated by the online calculator are benchmark estimates. Final fixed-price contracts are subject to on-site structural survey by independent, certified installers who assess window mullion reinforcement, foundations, and host wall condition.

3. Legal Identity & Operating Model

The service is provided by Tarquin Barnsby (trading as ConservatoryRoofCalculator.co.uk) (ICO Registration: ZC136598). We act as an independent quotation clearinghouse and do not directly manufacture building systems or execute roofing installations.
